Check-in is after 4 P.M., and check-out is by 11 A.M.

You may guarantee your reservation with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.) If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled day of arrival. If you fail to cancel, one night’s room rate will be charged to your credit card. Please note: cancellation policy may differ on demand dates.

All rates are subject to 8.5% New Hampshire State Rooms and Meals Tax.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Some special events may require a minimum length of stay. Minimum length of stay requirements currently apply during Dartmouth College Graduation, Parents’ Weekend fall foliage season (September 15 to October 31) and other special events.

Additional charges may also apply during special events.

The Fireside Inn & Suites in West Lebanon welcomes dogs and we offer comfortable accommodations for their owners. In order to ensure that those with allergies are protected, we have specific dog-friendly rooms. Please call to check availability.

There is a $25 per night, per dog fee.

To ensure your dog’s comfort, the comfort of other dogs, and of all our guests, we have a few guidelines that we ask your dog to follow:

• Dogs must not be left unattended in the room and cannot be allowed into food service areas, conference facilities or the pool.
• Dogs should be kept on a leash when not in their room.
• When you walk your dog, please do your part to help keep our grounds clean.
• Stay with us and your dog gets a free water bowl!

Each additional person will be charged $20.00.

Children under 17 stay free when sharing a room with their parents.

Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 per day.

Included is a free full breakfast for up to two persons per room and their children under 17.

We have Complimentary Onsite Vehicle Parking.
